Welcome to Betaflo, provided by Aevr Space Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using Betaflo, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

Betaflo allows you to create, manage, and send SMS broadcasts through third-party SMS APIs.
You agree to use Betaflo only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all local and international messaging regulations.

You must not:

  • Send spam, unsolicited, or fraudulent messages.
  • Use the service for harassment, scams, or illegal promotion.
  • Interfere with or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Accounts and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
All activities under your account are your responsibility.

3. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

  • Betaflo uses prepaid SMS credits to send messages.
  • Each message has a transparent cost displayed before sending.
  • Wallet top-ups are handled securely through third-party payment providers.
  • Credits and top-ups are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the messages, media, and contact data you upload or send using Betaflo.
Betaflo is not responsible for the content or consequences of your campaigns.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content related to Betaflo are owned by Aevr Space Studio.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Betaflo without prior written permission.

6. Service Availability

Betaflo is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery due to potential network or API issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aevr Space Studio is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from delayed or failed message delivery.
  • Damages arising from misuse of the service.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service.
  • Misuse the system or send prohibited content.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of Betaflo after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
